The Talent Advisor partners with leaders throughout the organization to source, attract, screen, and recruit a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to highly specialized treatment centers. Position facilitates recruiting logistics, extends offers of employment and coordinates new hire paperwork.

Position requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral healthcare.
