Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Early Childhood Program | Roseburg, OR

Start Date : January 2026

End Date : July 2026

Pay Rate : $76.50 / hour

Weekly Gross Pay : ~$3,060 / week (based on 40 hours)

Estimated Pay Breakdown :

Taxable : $1,863 / week ($46.58 / hr)

Non-Taxable (Stipends – Housing & M&IE) : $1,197 / week ($29.92 / hr)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week

Location : Roseburg, Oregon

Contract Duration : Full school year

License Requirement : Active Oregon SLP license (or in process)

About the Opportunity :

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) team in Roseburg. In this rewarding role, you’ll work with children ages birth to five, supporting their speech and language development across center-based and community preschool or childcare settings. Your expertise will directly impact young learners’ communication success and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct therapy and evaluations for children in ECSE programs.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized service plans.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.

Contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.

Schedule & Pay Details :

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Paid for hours worked only; no pay for school holidays or closures.

Minimum Experience :

New graduates welcome (less than 1 year of experience accepted).
