Leidos' Defense Systems Electronic Manufacturing Facility is seeking a 2nd Shift Electro / Mechanical Assembly Lab Manager to join our team at our Electronics Manufacturing Facility. Candidate will be responsible for leadership of the 2nd shift technician team that builds electro / mechanical assemblies. The type of work include electronic assemblies that require AS9100 processing including calibrated tools, repeatable processes, testing and inspection. This position will lead the team of IPC-620 certified technicians.

Primary Responsibilities

• Knowledge of assembly requirements for electro / mechanical assemblies.
• Working knowledge of testing and inspection of electro / mechanical assemblies.
• Communicate with customers (internal or external) to provide updates on both schedule and cost
• MES (Solumina or Aegis) Build Tracking experience

Pay Range :

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
