About the Position :
This top-tier hospital is growing their inpatient rehab team and has spared no expense on their facility with equipment linke Zero-G, Bioness Units, E-Stim, Aquatic therapy, a real life community-based training area, and more.
They are a true teaching hospital with over 300 residents / interns and even a dedicated Therapists / Clinical Specialists to provide mentorship, growth, and professional practice counsel to their Staff.
The ideal candidate will place the utmost priority on quality patient care and developing themselves as a clinician.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred *applicable clinical required if new grad*
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
- Collaborative, team building personality style
