We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and optimize our front-end revenue cycle operations, including Health Information Management (HIM), Access and Registration, and Revenue Cycle workflows. This role is pivotal in shaping our Epic roadmap, supporting generative AI initiatives, and driving operational excellence across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full front-end revenue cycle operations : HIM, Access & Registration, and Revenue Cycle
Lead and mentor a team of 8 analysts, fostering growth and accountability
Collaborate across departments and leadership tiers to drive strategic initiatives
Contribute to the development and execution of Epic structural processes and roadmap
Support day-to-day operations including system maintenance, upgrades, and AI-driven enhancements
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clinical / business stakeholders
Champion innovation in revenue cycle workflows, including AI integration and client-facing solutions

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic experience (Resolute preferred; Cadence acceptable)
Strong understanding of Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) workflows
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate vertically and horizontally across the organization
Local candidate with ability to be on-site periodically as needed (majority remote)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Epic Resolute certification (preferred but not required)
Experience driving analyst teams toward measurable outcomes
Exposure to generative AI projects in healthcare operations
Familiarity with Epic roadmap development and structural process design
