State Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Lead client compliance efforts, coordinating with external experts to meet accounting and tax obligations

Mentor and manage an accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Controller

2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm

Experience in a multi-client environment with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
