COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Traditional Family Medicine

• Sign on : $160K
• Base Salary : $300K +production
• Additional weekend call paid at : $90.00 hr = $5,580
• Income Incentive :

Based upon collections over base salary. $425,000 = 47% of anything above that. At $ 500,000= 50% of anything above that.
