About the Role

This full-time position is located in the Branch Operations department. You will support members throughout their financial journeys with exceptional service and precise transaction processing.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting members with financial needs and answering inquiries about products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell TruMark products and services, educating members on available solutions that meet their goals.
• Resolve member issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain operational excellence by balancing cash drawers, completing transactions efficiently, and keeping records organized.

What You Bring To The Table

Education : High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or a related field preferred.

Experience : 1+ years in customer service, retail, or banking; banking experience preferred.

Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, technology proficiency, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset.

Availability : Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
