Lead Cleaner
The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. Shift 10-630pm Pay rate 18.25

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications :
Customer service experienceOne (1) year of similar work experienceResponsibilities :
Provide leadership and direction to team membersRelay communication between team members, client, customers and managementReport performance issues to the SupervisorAssist with the training of cleaning teamCoordinate work assignmentsAssist with making daily and weekly work schedulesOversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildingManage security of keys and access cards for the propertyReport work orders for maintenanceMakes sure premises are secured at all timesWork with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the workOversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with ManagerProvide training to all new hires assigned to the buildingCheck supplies, equipment, and chemicals weeklyComplete order forms completely and accuratelyCoordinate equipment usage and inventoriesMust be able to lift up to 50Lbs at least 25% of the time.A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
