Litigation Paralegal Case Manager
Please Note :
Although experience is preferred, this role could also be a great fit for a new paralegal who has earned a paralegal certificate and fulfills the additional requirements.
Real Estate Law Firm in Boca Raton has an opening for a full-time administrative litigation paralegal.

Duties :
Handle all phases of litigation in Florida courtsMust be focused and detail-orientedMust have the ability to handle a large volume of cases in a fast-paced environmentMust have excellent communication skills with attorneys, other staff members, clients, opposing counsel, judicial assistants, clerks, etc.Ability to handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting correspondence and pleadings, maintaining calendars, coordinating hearings and mediations, e-filings, and hearing and trial preparationCandidate must be able to correctly and timely enter flat-rate bills and hourly billingCandidate must be comfortable collecting online client payments and posting receivables dataQualifications :
Prefer 2+ years of CIVIL LITIGATION experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, but willing to train a new paralegal with a paralegal certificate.Must be familiar with the submission of Orders and other materials to judges, using various submission services depending on the county and judicial divisional instructionsMust be proficient with Florida's e-Portal and e-filing, bankruptcy CM / ECF filings, and online Order submissions for Florida civil courtsMust be able to communicate effectively and clearly by email, using proper grammar, mastery of the English language, without errorsMust be able to communicate effectively with clients by telephoneMust be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, or other law office billing softwareMust be able to stay organized while managing a large volume of cases in a fast-paced environment, work diligently and with a sense of urgency, utilize critical thinking, and be able to "think outside the box" for problem-solvingMust be able to commute to their office in Boca Raton, FloridaPay :
$45K - $65K based on experience
