Loader / Excavator Operator - Land Clearing & Site Development

Employment Type : Full-Time – Out of Town (Monday thru Friday, with occasional Saturdays)

We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our site development and land clearing crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and other machinery, with a strong commitment to safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate, drive, and control heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform land clearing and site preparation using excavators and loaders equipped with rakes.
• Load and unload equipment from transport vehicles.
• Conduct daily inspections, maintenance checks, and keep accurate records of equipment functionality.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety regulations and standards.
• Work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members and supervisors.
