We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Electrical Motor Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting customers with their electric motor needs, including sales, service, and repair. Your collaborative approach and technical knowledge will help ensure our customers receive exceptional support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with inquiries related to electric motors, including sales, service, and repair needs
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support
• Coordinate with shop personnel to facilitate motor repairs and service requests
• Provide technical guidance and product information to customers to help them make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues
