Hire Type : Direct Hire

Pay Range : $120,000 – $165,000

Work Model : Hybrid (with required travel to job sites and client meetings; occasional overnight

Nature & Scope : Positional Overview

The Senior Structural Engineer will play a key role in leading structural engineering projects from concept through construction. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a collaborative, multi-discipline architectural and engineering environment, providing technical expertise and guidance while coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Perform structural analysis, design, and computer modeling for a wide range of building and facility projects.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
• Produce detailed plans, specifications, and technical reports.
• Review shop drawings and conduct construction administration activities.
• Lead project scope definition, planning, and execution, including projects with unique or complex technical challenges.
• Act as a technical liaison internally and externally, providing independent leadership on structural matters.
• Conduct facility assessments and prepare technical documentation.
• Participate in client, project, and construction meetings.
• Mentor and collaborate with engineers, interns, CAD technicians, and other disciplines.
