Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating an inviting atmosphere for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide individualized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs and challenges.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys.
• Actively engage in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to contribute your expertise and enhance client care.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation, billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations with a commitment to professional responsibility.
• Collaborate closely with our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists to offer a holistic approach to mental health care.
