Job Overview

• Start Date : ASAP, ongoing (20 shifts / month available)

Setting : Inpatient and outpatient, 1 provider to help with office visits, video visits, APP supervision (full-time), in basket support (admin / clinical tasks). New patients in 40-60 min slots. Return patients in 20 min slots. Answering questions from APPs as needed. 100% adult

Patient Volume : Hospital consults 0-5, monthly. Outpatient : 12-16 daily, outpatient night call 0-5.

Job Details :

Shift and Call : Mon-Fri 8a-430p and night call 430p-8a, Sat-Sun 8a-8a 24-hour call.Call is shared with APP, typically every other week.

90 days to credential, 2 PAs on-site.

Required Procedures : Joint Injections - Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Lupus, Scleroderma, Sjogren's Syndrome, Gout and Crystal Arthropathies, Osteoporosis / bone health - also consider endo referral as an option vs rheum, Vasculitis, Inflammatory Myopathies, GCA-Giant Cell Arteritis, TA-Temporal Arteritis, PMR-Polymyalgia, Sarcoidosis, Reactive Arthritis, Reynaud's, Phenomenon, Wegener's Granulomatosis, Polyarteritis Nodosa, Positive ANA
