Job descriptionSENTARA WILLIAMSBURG REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER\nWILLIAMSBURG VIRGINIA\nREGISTERED NURSE\n DAYS\nStepdown\n\nUP to $20,000 Bonus to qualified RNs\n$7500 Bonus for qualified New Grad RNs\n\nNEW GRAD RNs Accepted!\n\nREQUIREMENTS : \n\nPrevious RN acute care experience preferred\n\nMeets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Critical Care / IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; All Direct Care RNs required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.\n\nEDUCATION : \n\nRN Degree : RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN\n\nCERTIFICATIONS and or LICENSURE : \n\nThe RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. RN License valid to work in the State of Virginia\n\nThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care- teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence- based practice / nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing.\n\nAs a Registered Nurse with Sentara, you can excel in your career.
