The Opportunity :

Your role at Sephora...

As Creative Technologist , you are pivotal in driving the integration, enhancement, and scaling of advanced technologies to enrich marketing strategies, operations and bridging the gap between creative vision and technical execution. You'll be responsible for leveraging technology to optimize creative processes, improve efficiency, and enable innovative digital, online, and immersive in-store creative experiences that drive brand engagement. You'll be a driving force in streamlining our creative processes for both internal and external teams, from conception-to-market.

Responsibilities :

• Driving the seamless integration of net-new (AI) and current technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud, Monday.com, Figma), deliver through partnership across x-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Tech) : leading discovery, designing, building, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end creative workflows
• Lead the rapid prototyping of ideas, POC demos, and testing with external technologies; define and gather requirements, manage sprints, and govern vendor-based development when outsourcing tools
• Drive new opportunities for content generation and efficiency gains through researching, evaluating, building use cases, and recommending AI-powered solutions to streamline creative processes and automate repetitive tasks
• Develop, document, and deliver creative tech guidelines, best practices, and training programs to ensure consistency across digital experiences and proficiency in creative technologies and workflows

The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
