What Youll Do : Conduct 1-on-1 in-home sales consultations with homeowners. Deliver dynamic presentations to groups of potential clients at various events. Manage and close preset appointments generated by our marketing team. Contribute to our sales-focused culture with a passion for helping homeowners improve their energy efficiency. Qualifications : Proven track record in sales, preferably in home services or energy products. Ability to close deals in both 1-on-1 and group presentation settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
