A company is looking for a Senior Customer Love Engineer in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the product and assist customers with inquiries via chat, email, and Zoom
Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure timely follow-up to enhance their experience
Collaborate with the product team to resolve technical issues and improve customer support processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in software (SaaS) customer support
Familiarity with CSS / HTML / JavaScript and REST APIs
Experience with support ticketing software and logs (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
Knowledge of JIRA and customer onboarding processes
Must be based within the EMEA region
