Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Gastroenterology in North Dakota

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Gastroenterology Physician to start September 15, 2025. The role offers a competitive market rate and benefits. The Gastroenterology role : Schedule : Hours : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break) Start Date : Upon completion of credentialing Credentialing Timeline : Approximately 45 days from receipt of paperwork from HP Worksite : Outpatient setting only No call responsibilities Case Volume & Support : 14–16 procedures per day Each room is staffed with a CRNA, RN, and tech No midlevel support in the outpatient setting Other physicians are typically on site Procedures : Primarily Colonoscopies and EGDs Additional procedures may include : Upper GI Endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, cautery / laser, variceal injection) Esophageal dilation / manometry Small bowel biopsy Lower GI Endoscopy Flexible Sigmoidoscopy Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision Requirements : ND License Board Certified Benefits : Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience and certifications) Housing and transportation needs covered.
