Med / Peds for Outpatient Clinic in MS

Highland Community Hospital , a 49 bed hospital, is seeking an Internal Medicine / Pediatrician to join our team of 2 full-time Pediatricians, 4 Primary Care NPs and 1 Pediatric NP in a hospital-owned, outpatient clinic.

• Schedule Type : Monday - Friday (4 Full Days, 1 Half Day)
• Inpatient - Traditional
• Call Details :  10 days required per month, additional paid call available
• Pediatrician on-call rounds on all newborn / pediatric patients daily and if on call are responsible for any unassigned patients admitted through the ED who do not have a Pediatrician.
• 2 Ob / GYNS 250 deliveries per year
• Delivery Coverage : Required for premature births, multiple gestation, C sections and at the request of the OBGYN
• Average Pediatric Patients per physician daily : 3
