    The Company is seeking a Head of Small Business Card to lead the growth and development of its small business card portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive profitable growth, deepen client relationships, and ensure the delivery of best-in-class products and services. This senior leadership role requires a proven track record in building and leading high-performing, client-focused teams, with a strong emphasis on the small business segment. The Head of Small Business Card will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with business partners to integrate and innovate the client experience. Key responsibilities include managing the business's P&L, driving sales and relationship management, and overseeing product development and risk management. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the small business and payments landscape, experience in leading large-scale transformation projects, and the ability to champion change and drive a culture of inclusivity and accountability. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the consumer or payments space within a financial services or FinTech organization, with a preference for those with direct issuing / credit card experience. They should possess strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and a proven ability to influence and engage with senior management and key stakeholders. The role requires a pragmatic, innovative thinker with a results-oriented approach, who can effectively manage a diverse team and build long-term, successful partnerships. The Head of Small Business Card will be expected to ensure the business operates within the company's risk management parameters, and to actively promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
