Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card salesProvide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest's needsPromote the therapeutic / wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapyEducate guests confidently and effectively about services and productsExcellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulationDevelop and maintain positive relationships with members of the team and guestsQualifications
Exceptional guest service and communication abilitiesPrevious experience in sales, retail, or guest services is requiredProficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systemsFast learner with a positive and energetic demeanorStrong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflictsPassionate about interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding serviceThrives in collaborative team settingsCompany Overview
