Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty : Clinic / Triage, Family Medicine

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum 3 years of current Family Medicine / Clinic experience required

License : Valid nursing license

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have : Clinical office experience, phone triage experience, EPIC EMR experience (highly preferred), previous travel experience preferred, must have own vehicle

Job Description :

• Assess, plan, organize, provide, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in an outpatient clinical environment.
• COVID vaccination preferred for this facility.
• Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified upon application.
• Only up to 5 days of requested time off will be accepted, with less being preferable.
• Those residing within 0-20 miles of the facility are encouraged to apply for a permanent position.
• Applicants living within 21-75 miles of the facility will be presented at a reduced rate per hour.
• To avoid delays in processing, please include the traveler's permanent address with the profile.
• The facility provides non-billable orientation.
• Holiday multipliers are applicable.
• Charge, Call, and Call-back are not applicable for this role.
• Profile requirements include work history, a skills checklist relevant to the position (current to 1 year), and one supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment.
• License and certifications must be uploaded with the profile (current Nursys and BLS), as the facility will not pend license / certifications.
