IT Client Support Analyst

An employer is looking for an IT Client Support Analyst in the San Antonio area. The list below outlines daily responsibilities :

• Assisting with internal and client engagements as assigned by the resource manager.
• Supporting billable engagements under the guidance of professional services consulting team members.
• Conducting research, analysis, problem-solving, and technical support for assigned client projects.
• Ensuring overall solution quality assurance (QA) for data deliverables in client engagements.
• Developing relevant knowledge and skills through mentorship, formal training, and on-the-job experiences

Salary Rage : 38,000-40,000

Educational Background :
