Performance Creative Strategist - Cleriva

Job Description : Cleriva is looking for a FULLY REMOTE Performance Creative Strategist to drive the ideation, scripting, and execution of our creative ads, with a strong focus on psychology-backed UGC content optimized for paid marketing channels. Ideally, you have 3+ years crafting engaging ads, specifically tailored for Meta Platforms. Bonus if you've got experience collaborating with influencers or UGC creators.

Your Key Tasks :

  • Manage the entire creative process from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistently strong ad performance.
  • Work with content managers to source high-quality UGC content.
  • Improve advertising metrics through strategic creative optimization.
  • Write compelling direct-response scripts for UGC creatives.
  • Regularly analyze and improve Meta ad performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing to innovate new creative ideas.
  • Conduct thorough customer and competitor analysis for continual improvement.
  • Provide insightful monthly and quarterly creative performance reports.
  • Strategically plan next steps to further scale our Meta Ads.

Must-Haves :

  • Fully remote, fluent in English
  • 3+ years creating direct response ads for DTC brands or agencies
  • Familiarity with performance analytics tools (Triple Whale, Motion, spreadsheets)
  • Strong scripting and analytical skills
  • Flexible schedule and passion for your work
  • Alignment with Cleriva’s values
  • Excited to directly impact growth alongside founders
  • Basic understanding of psychology-driven copywriting
  • Your Responsibilities :

  • Pitch fresh, direct response-driven ad ideas weekly
  • Propose weekly static ad ideas
  • Utilize performance data for campaign optimization
  • Coordinate with editors and designers for visually appealing ads
  • Quickly adapt strategies based on internet trends
  • Present clear performance analyses to the marketing team
  • Continuously optimize ads for maximum ROI
  • Expand successful ads into additional winning creatives
  • Hiring Process :

  • Hiring decision within 8-10 days
  • Regular communication and updates throughout
  • Deep insight into Cleriva's goals and your role in achieving them
  • Salary : Base salary ranging from $48,000 to $60,000 USD annually, with an attractive performance-based bonus plan that can significantly increase your total compensation, potentially doubling your annual earnings.
