Salary Range : $125,000 – $139,000

Alabama Goodwill Industries (AGI) is seeking a mission-driven Controller to lead financial strategy and operations that support our mission of empowering individuals through employment and education.

In this role, you will :

• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead cash management, audits, and compliance with nonprofit standards
• Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership
• Supervise and develop a dedicated accounting team
