Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the generative AI strategy for Higher Education

Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data teams to deliver impactful AI solutions

Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field

7-10+ years of industry experience in data science and leadership roles

Proven track record in deploying generative AI applications to production

Experience leading teams in fast-moving, cross-functional environments

Technical expertise in LLM application development and modern ML frameworks
