Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for X-ray Technologist positions that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This is a contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title : X-ray Technologist

Location : Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Schedule : 40 hours / week

Shift : Works every weekend. Typical shift is 8-4 : 30pm. Variable days off during the week.

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

Pay Range for Traveler : $2,800.00- $2,846.00 Weekly DOE

Job Summary :

We are looking to employ a dedicated and skilled X-ray technician to take quality x-rays of patients’ bones, soft tissues, or organs as instructed by patients' physicians. The X-ray technician's responsibilities include monitoring radiology supplies, attending mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, and ensuring that the x-ray machines are set at the correct radiation levels. You should also ensure that all x-ray rooms are clean and tidy at all times.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepares patients and performs imaging procedures under direction of a radiologist or provider
• Operates imaging equipment and follows specific protocols for diagnostic studies
• Uses proper radiation protection measures
• Adheres to customer service standards and supports organizational excellence
• Interacts positively with patients, visitors, and staff
• Provides ancillary services and assists in patient care areas as needed
• Works in 2 or more imaging modalities and meets advanced certification requirements (Bone Densitometry, CT, Diagnostic X-ray, Mammography)
• Performs other duties as assigned
