Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Occupational Therapy Assistant you will be a compassionate and integral part of our rehabilitation team empowering patients to regain independence and enhance their quality of life.
Every day you will expertly implement Occupational Therapist-developed treatment plans for diverse patients (orthopedic neurological sensory cancer recovery etc.). Youll conduct interventions provide motivating care meticulously document progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong OT principles excellent communication and a passion for patient empowerment. Your flexibility organization and motivating team-player approach are paramount.
