Pharmacy Technician Compensation :

  • The pay for this position is $20.50 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Technician Highlights :

  • The required availability for this position is :

    • Training Schedule (First 90 Days) :

    Monday : 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM

  • Tuesday – Thursday / Friday : 11 : 00 AM – 9 : 30 PM
  • Full-Time Schedule (Post-Training) :

    • Monday : 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM

  • Tuesday – Wednesday : 11 : 00 AM – 9 : 30 PM
  • Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM
  • Work Location Type : Onsite – 4971 Southridge, Memphis, TN 38141

    • Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities :

  • Assist pharmacists in medication preparation and distribution
  • Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient support
  • Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of medications
  • Adhere to state and federal pharmacy regulations

    • Pharmacy Technician Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active Pharmacy Technician License (Mandatory)
  • 1+ years of pharmacy operations experience
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

    • Pharmacy Technician Preferences :

  • Experience working in a high-volume pharmacy setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software and Microsoft Office
