Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology

\n\n

Job Details : \n

  • Work in both hospital and clinic settings with rotation between Cardiac Clinic and Hospital Nuclear Department

    • \n

  • Day shift coverage with 2 staff members in hospital and 2 in clinic

    • \n

  • Weekend on-call responsibilities with rotating call during weekdays, weekends, and holidays

    • \n

  • Perform SPECT stress tests (Lexiscan, Dobutamine, and treadmill), bone scans, HIDA scans, lung perfusion, amyloid scans, renal flow scans, MUGA scans, In-111 WBC, GI bleed studies, and gastric emptying procedures

    • \n

  • Work with GE Discovery / Xeleris and Case Machine equipment in hospital setting

    • \n

  • Utilize GE Ventri / Xeleris and Case Machine equipment in clinic setting

    • \n

  • Use Meditech EMR system for documentation

    • \n

  • Required certifications : Basic Life Support license, TMB and ARRT licenses

    • \n

  • Cardiac and general nuclear medicine experience preferred

    • \n

  • PET experience preferred but not required

    • \n

  • Dress code requires olive green scrub tops with black pants or hospital-issued scrubs

    • \n

  • Must demonstrate passion for patient care, safety, and quality measures

The nuclear medicine department operates with modern GE equipment and maintains high standards for patient care and safety.
