We are looking for a strong team player to join our team. As the Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the community under the direction of the Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager can assume responsibility for the community in the Property Managers absence.

• Financial Management and Reporting Assistance
• Site and Facilities Management Assistance
• Regulatory Compliance Assistance
• Marketing, Sales and Leasing Assistance
• Reputation Management and Customer Satisfaction Assistance
• Other duties as assigned
