We’re currently seeking a Loaner Coordinator to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
Greet customers and assist with the check-in / check-out process for loaner vehicles.
Complete all necessary paperwork and agreements accurately and efficiently.
Inspect vehicles for damage before and after each use, documenting findings as needed.
Track and manage the loaner fleet to ensure vehicle availability and rotation.
Coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, and maintenance.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management about vehicle status.
Maintain organized records of loaner contracts, driver’s licenses, and insurance documents.
Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to every customer.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a dealership, rental car agency, or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds or other dealership DMS software preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
