SoundCloud is seeking a talented and driven Senior Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of technology projects related to platform enablement for horizontal / shared services within the SoundCloud ecosystem. These initiatives have a broad impact on our organization, and this role is responsible for prioritization and acceleration of the delivery of platform work into our products. The Platform Enablement Sr. PM will establish project roadmaps, manage cross-product dependencies, establish schedules, and communicate shared service team strategies to fan / creator partnering teams. This role will support projects and work closely with our internal partners to communicate key initiatives to our teams, customers and other key stakeholders. Additionally, this team owns ongoing collaboration with business partners to ensure delivery runs smoothly and our teams are successful. Examples of work within this team include : Minor Protection Work, Connected Devices Work, Privacy, Consent and User Preferences Work, Security Work, and Experimenting with AI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning and execution of key priorities, programs and initiatives across the shared Soundcloud platform and foundational capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Monitor programs & metrics, identify risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Foster strong working relationships across the business to facilitate program success.
• Develop compelling leadership presentations for use during key meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues from delivery teams to partners as they surface; assist in testing solutions and ensuring that root causes are fixed.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of program or workstream performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments and communications as needed.

Experience and Background :

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location. We also offer a generous total rewards program - read more about additional benefits and perks below!
