Location : Greensboro, NC (Hybrid_ Local Preferred)

Must Have Skills :

SAP Retail (7+ years)

SAP SD (7+ years)

S / 4 HANA (7+ years)

Nice to Have Skills :

SAP CAR and POS

Job Details : An experienced Application Lead with a strong background in SAP Retail and SAP SD, who is capable of managing client relationships and providing application maintenance support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with retail processes.

Experience Required :

Hands on experience in SAP Retail preferably worked with Retail clients.

Application Maintenance Support (AMS) experience with ability to solve urgent issues.

Ability to manage client relationship

Hands on knowledge in Retail processes like Promotions, store ops, store sales

Worked in FIORI related processes related to Retail / Store Ops

Knowledge of SAP CAR and POS will be added advantage

Knowledge of interfaces / Batch jobs and S / 4 Hana are a must

Must have experience in the Retail industry

Role involves both hands-on technical work and client-facing responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities :

Provide hands-on application maintenance and support for urgent issues.

Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication.

Apply knowledge of retail processes including promotions, store operations, and sales.

Utilize experience with FIORI related processes for Retail / Store Ops.

Work with interfaces, batch jobs, and S / 4 HANA.
