Job Overview

As a Finance Manager , you will represent the Jaguar brand, connect with customers, and guide them through the exciting process of finding their perfect vehicle. You’ll be the go-to expert on our lineup, promotions, and financing options, making each interaction a memorable one.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the showroom and create a welcoming experience.
• Present and explain Toyota vehicles, features, and benefits in an engaging way.
• Conduct test drives to showcase performance, comfort, and technology.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options.
• Accurately complete sales contracts and related documentation.
• Follow up with customers after visits or purchases to encourage long-term loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and dealership performance standards.
• Keep up-to-date with current promotions, inventory, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay : $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
