In this role, the Mammography Imaging Technologist is responsible for the preparation and execution of Mammo procedures. You’ll have an exciting opportunity to warmly greet & welcome patients / visitors / staff & assist radiologists and other physicians in performing exams when necessary. Assess patient condition, produce good quality radiographic images, & ensure adherence to safety standards.

This is a full time position, located at NYP / Brooklyn Methodist, working Monday - Friday from 12 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm.

Preferred Criteria :

ARRT Advanced modality - Mammo (M)

Prior experience working in a hospital setting

Required Criteria :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Graduate from an accredited program in the school of Radiologic Technology

N.Y. State Department of Health X-ray License

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification

Must obtain at least 24 continuing education credits every 2 years as per ARRT requirements

$53.95-$64.73 / Hourly
