Job descriptionAnalyze manufacturing costs and prepare detailed variance reports. Reconcile inventory and maintain standard cost systems. Support month-end close, journal entries, and cost of goods sold reporting. Collaborate with plant management on budget and forecast preparation. Assist in developing and maintaining cost accounting policies and procedures. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and cost projections. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 3-5 years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience. Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
