Key Responsibilities for the Plaintiff Employment Litigation Attorney – Los Angeles

• Represent clients in employment litigation, including wrongful termination, harassment, and wage / hour disputes
• Oversee all phases of litigation : pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep
• Draft and argue dispositive and procedural motions, including MSJs and discovery motions
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with California and federal court procedures
• Attend court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations
• Communicate directly with clients to manage expectations and maintain trust
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to efficiently move cases forward
