Toyota's Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR operations analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to actively lead and manage the HR functions associated with the role. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Jason Bates, the person in this role will support the Human Resources department's objectives.

What you'll be doing :

• Workday Administrator for TMMMO and TMMTN
• Liaison for vendor contracts, Human Resources, and Procurement.
• Support Hourly Compensation Programs
• Lead and support Morale Activities
• Coordinate Team Member Recognition Program
• Lead and support HR / HRD Hoshin Projects
