Remote Patient Advocate

A company is looking for a Women's Health Outbound Patient Advocate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate testing services by communicating with up to 50 patients and healthcare providers daily

Handle inquiries regarding products, insurance billing, and ensure timely delivery of test results

Collaborate with various departments to improve service delivery and participate in projects beyond daily tasks

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate / bachelor's degree

Fluency in Spanish is preferred

PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure

Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
