Board Certified / Board Eligible

New Hampshire license or license eligible

Primary care patient population of about 50,000

Practice located on hospital campus with potential for growth

PA support and cosmeticservices

Opportunity to do telehealth for sister hospitals in health system

Employed position with competitive base compensation with incentives

208 hours PTO annually

Relocation assistance $8,000
