Executive Assistant
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Floowi's sales and recruitment teams. You'll handle CRM management, administrative and operational sales processes, client follow ups, and assist in a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Compensation : Competitive salary in USD.
Location : 100% Remote
Language Requirements : Professional English (C1) written and spoken

Responsibilities :
Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with accurate client and lead data.Track sales process stages from scheduled meetings to signed agreements.Manage documentation, including proposals, agreements, and workflow coordination.Ensure smooth handovers between sales and recruitment teams.Send updates and follow-ups to clients via email or messaging (no live calls / meetings).Maintain clear, professional, and timely written correspondence.Assist the sales and recruitment teams with tasks that come up as needed.Support special projects and internal initiatives.Qualifications :
12 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or executive assistant rolesProfessional English (C1) with excellent written communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProactive and adaptable to changing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot)Experience in a remote work environmentFamiliarity with sales or recruitment processes
