As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver in Austin TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic tech media and telecom location you will play a key role in helping to monitor and coordinate security-related activities. Your responsibilities include using communication tools to support your team assisting with access control and providing exceptional customer service to everyone on site. This is a driving post so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate healthcare and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Monitor and coordinate all incoming and outgoing communications through various channels to support site operations.Dispatch Allied Universal personnel to specific locations within the tech / media / telecom environment as required for security-related incidents emergencies or client requests.Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities including incidents and actions taken.Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site staff management and first responders to relay pertinent information and instructions.Assist in the implementation of site-specific protocols and procedures for access control visitor management and delivery coordination.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner providing guidance and support to on-site personnel.Support Allied Universal team members by providing timely information and updates regarding ongoing situations or requested assistance.Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a strong presence through continuous monitoring and prompt dispatch response.Provide customer service to all clients visitors and employees by addressing questions and / or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
