Quarterly BBQ cookouts and an annual Christmas celebration Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Minimum of 4 years of experience in plumbing, specifically in new construction. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and plumbing codes. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid plumber's license or relevant certifications preferred. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in new construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely project completion. Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper operation. Comply with local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
