Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Alexandria, Louisiana. This opportunity offers competitive compensation, a structured schedule, and the chance to work in a dynamic clinical environment.

Assignment Details :

Location : Alexandria, LA

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift : Day shift, 11 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM

Schedule : Monday through Friday

Responsibilities :

Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures, including general and vascular studies.

Ensure high-quality images are captured for accurate diagnosis.

Maintain patient comfort and safety during procedures.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and procedures.

Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards.

Requirements :

Active Registered Ultrasound Technologist license.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in ultrasound imaging.

Strong knowledge of ultrasound equipment and imaging techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
