Responsibilities

• Lead BI Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Prioritize insights and initiatives for maximum impact on business outcomes.
• Build & Manage a High-Performing BI / DW Team : Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of BI and Data Warehouse professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Partner with Stakeholders : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Design, Build & Launch Data Models & Pipelines : Oversee the design, development, and deployment of robust data models and pipelines to support business reporting and analytics needs.
• Manage SLAs, Dashboards & Data Visualizations : Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for BI services. Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and data visualizations to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Drive Actionable Insights & Recommendations : Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Champion Data Governance & Self-Service Analytics : Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, security, and compliance. Promote self-service analytics capabilities to empower users to access and analyze data independently.
