Key Responsibilities : Provide direction and leadership for all Company facilities. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to effectively implement strategic goals. Organize and allocate resources to meet customer commitments and ensure satisfaction. Analyze costs and efficiencies to define and execute effective production strategies. Oversee preparation and execution of production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements. Manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with company standards for Environmental, Health, and Safety programs. Ensure manufacturing assets are maintained in sound working conditions through effective maintenance programs. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline (required). 10+ years of Management experience within a Manufacturing environment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business data, technical documents, and regulatory requirements. Experience leveraging recruitment tools, including social media platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and present findings clearly to all levels of management. Proven project management expertise. Strong background in customer relationship management and problem-solving exceed expectations. Solid knowledge of mathematical concepts (probability, statistics, ratios, percentages) and their practical application. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and composure under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and experience with Google Workspace. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
