• Operate turret trucks, order pickers, and wire-guided narrow-aisle equipment with confidence and safety.
• Lead and coach your team in 5S principles keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient.
• Jump in wherever needed picking, loading, and solving problems on the spot.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully across all departments.
• Drive daily goals and push for continuous improvement.
